It had been 25+ years since my wife and I had been to Disneyland and SO MUCH has changed in that time! Not only the addition of a new park (DCA) but the reservation system, the Genie+ service, lightning lanes, virtual queues…enough to make your head spin! Joyce planned a wonderful trip to Disney World for my husband’s 50th birthday. She presented great options for what we wanted and gave sound advice based on her experiences to ensure we got to do all the things. She stayed in contact with us the entire trip, and made sure we had anything we needed.
The flight out was a MESS thanks to the airline (a 4 hour flight became 13!), but Joyce checked on us frequently, kept in contact with the resort to make sure arrangements were still intact, and just encouraged us throughout the ordeal. It was so nice to feel taken care of!
It’s never a question IF something will happen, but how it’s HANDLED, and Joyce was patient, kind and soo helpful when it did. We would DEFINITELY have her plan the next trip – she gets all the stars!

All I can say is, using a travel planner (specifically Joyce) is something I should have done much sooner, and will do again – and soon.
